WELCOME TO NEW YORK

We have a full weekend of events planned, but we also compiled some of our favorite NYC activities for you to check out.

Things to do:

Ride a Bike!

Bundle up and rent a CitiBike through the Lyft App to take a tour around the island of Manhattan. This route is a crowd favorite, (practically) fully protected, and suitable for cyclists of all ages & abilities!

Manhattan Waterfront Ride

Sail to Staten Island & See the Statue of Liberty

New York's best kept secret. Hop onto the (free!) Staten Island Ferry and sail across NY Harbor. Enjoy views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and Lower Manhattan. Once you arrive on Staten Island, hop off the boat and hurry to line up for the same ferry going back to Manhattan (the superior NYC island)

Essex Market

Essex Market is one of our favorite places. It has been a fixture on the Lower East Side since 1818 when it began as a covered market on Grand Street between Essex and Ludlow streets. Shopping at Essex Market has always been a unique experience, as local residents and visitors alike gather to browse a diverse collection of goods.

We recommend grabbing a bing sandwich from Dragon Bing and washing it down with a beer at Top Hops Or The Grand Delancey.
